Portfolio Tracker with automatic updating

I am still in the saving part of life, so I don't like having to update my amounts every 4 times a month (i get paid twice and my wife gets paid twice)

Is there a portfolio tracker where you can automatically set it up to add amounts, every two weeks or better yet, I can connect to my account like mint.com or something?

Quicken (just not the basic version) can track your portfolio. Most banks and brokerages do provide Quicken access.
