Maybe. Maybe not! I reply to some thank you's, but not all. I consider each one on an individual basis, but they are always good to receive.

You do not have to reply, unless the message asks a question.

The thing to do is to pay forward. I have learned to use the button to give positive feedback to people who provide good info.
