The profile information on the left side of my posts shows "Full time employment: Posting here". I'm pretty sure that never showed before the forum change.

I don't see how to change my "position" when I edit my profile, and I'm pretty sure when I first signed up I had selected retired. And something about "dryer sheets" was always displayed on the left of my posts.

You're kidding, right?

I'm pretty sure it has to do with the number of posts you have made. Apparently, you just crossed the threshold recently, and thus promoted.

Yep -- you have graduated!

IOW it doesn't mean that you are a full-time employee, and that you are also posting here. It means that posting here must be your job because you post so much.

It took me a while to figure those catagories out. I didn't have a clue about what the dryer sheets bit was for a long time.

OK - LOL! I get it now!

But at first read, someone will actually think a poster is full-time employed - i.e. NOT retired.

I don't like being accused of having a job, even in jest LOL!

W**k is definitely a four letter word as far as I'm concerned.

Hahahaha funniest thing I've read in a long while. And yup... what is with dryer sheets anyways... why not... clothes softeners... or dish soap... can you reuse dish soap?

Yes, you can reuse dish soap for lots of things. Hell, I knew a guy
who would wring out and dry his used paper towels (not sure about
toilet paper?) :) Same guy would save that slushy mess that collects
in the soap dish, dry it out and use it down to literally nothing.
Also, he saved his used dryer sheet halves to dust and to polish his car.

That's our hidden motive -- keep people working to fund our SS... :D
