I have been playing with Firecalc and generally understand it. I have inputted all my information. How do I take into account a part-time job? I plan to have this job for at least the next 5 years, maybe longer. Depends how long the little gray cells work well.

You can add it as pension income/other income on the income tab

I have entered my part-time job and have been verifying the numbers generated by looking at the spreadsheets. I have looked at the spreadsheet both with adj for inflation checked and not checked, no matter what, the part-time job number is adjusted for inflation. I don't want that.

What am I doing wrong?

Put the part time job in pensions NOT indexed to inflation. Then when you plan to quit, put that amount in "off chart" spending

That is what I did. I created a spreadsheet with both the Indexed for inflation checked and not checked. The spreadsheet shows either way it is indexed. Do I need to clear cache or refresh the screen between calcs??
