ACA Premium: Down In June, Up In July

Mine is through Medica Minnesota.
Was $433.38 the 1st 5 months, dropped to $221.66 in June. (Rescue Plan)

Just opened my statement for July, & it's back up to $327.52
I suppose I'll have to speak to the Medica guy in my area tomorrow.

Wondering if this happened to anyone else in my state or others ?

My subsidy increased because of changes in the 'Rescue Plan' so did notice a reduction in my billed premium starting in May, not sure if that's what you're seeing.

Yes, that's what I'm seeing.
You saw a premium reduction in May, I saw mine one month later, in June.
Unfortunately, my premium for July is up over $100 from June.

So the question is this:
You saw your 1st monthly reduced premium in May.
Did it stay the same in June ?
And if you have access to your July statement, is it still the same ?

As I look at it closer the bill (BCBS) I received in May was for the June billing period and that was the first time I saw the reduction, the bill I got in June (July billing period) was the same amount as the previous bill.
