In 2016, I paid $905 per month for family coverage, for a "bronze" high-deductible HSA plan. I just got notice that in 2017, for a worse bronze plan, it will cost about $1,550 per month. Wow. I am not eligible for any subsidy.

[Mod Edit]

Is that sort of price increase in line with what others of you have experienced? At this rate, soon enough I will be paying $50,000 a year for health insurance.

Percentage wise in the past 20 months I am whipping you. Actually cost wise not as much though. My premium has jumped 3.5 times. $85 for a $5500 deductible to $369 for a $6500 deductible. On the positive side once we get above 8% of our AGI, we can start writing it off on our taxes...Oh wait never mind, got bent over the barrel there also. He bumped it to 10% the same time my insurance was getting ready to be adjusted.
