Bone Broth drinkers?

We don't drink bone broth by itself, but use it as the base for soup. It's the real thing, compared to the lazy bouillon broth.

Taking bone broth one step further.
We were very poor growing up and this was a tasty and cheap meal. I loved this when I was kid, even now when I go back home, I always head to the butchers to get some. It grosses all my family out, they won't even try it.

Looks like something I would enjoy. What's there to be grossed out? It's just beef shank and natural gelatin. Nowadays, beef shank can be pricier than some other cuts. Same with oxtails.
