Goal: 115-117 sometime this summer.

No progress as I've let work impede my workouts. Doing long bike rides on the weekends is helpful, but not enough!

Well, well, well, this was a pleasant surprise at WW meeting this morning--maybe I'll move from jeans to shorts this week so people can once again see the legs that were called the best legs in my college way back when:

Goal beginning 4/22: -25 lbs.
4/29, week 1, -4.6 lbs.: -4.6 lbs. total
5/6, week 2, -2.6 lbs: -7.2 lbs. total
5/13, week 3, -3.2 lbs.: -10.4 lbs. total
5/20, week 4, -1.6 lbs.: -12 lbs. total
5/27, week 5, -1 lb.: -13 lbs. total
6/3, week 6, -1.6 lbs.: -14.6 lbs. total
6/10, week 7, -2.4 lbs.: -17 lbs. total
6/17, week 8, -2.6 lbs.: -19.6 total

Not bad considering spent last weekend away at the beach.
 
I lost a pound even with pigging out on Father's day so 4.5 pounds to my goal . It's agonizingly slow .

I haven't posted for awhile. I was satisfied in just maintaining my weight but I have lost a little more since my last post. I've had two private Pilates classes over the last two weeks and hopefully I can begin to build up a little muscle. My body fat percentage isn't very good. IF I see any improvements in my body fat percentage, after I do more Pilates, I MIGHT post body fat percentage....then again it might be too embarrassing.:blush:

Amazed I didn't add a few after having someone cook three meals a day for me plus snacks always out in between meals plus open bar. Thought for sure I'd gain 3 to 5 pounds.
 
Up a pound this week, but down 40 (yes!) since October. I'll take it!

Onward and downward we go....

And congrats to us all for keeping on keeping on!
 
Looks like people are doing well or at least hanging in there!

After a few days in the Carolinas and making friends with fried green tomato sandwiches (garnished with avocado and God's gift of Bacon :) ), she-crab soup, and praline pecans, had a decent weigh-in this morning!
