My thoughts are VTV or COPX for the next 12 month time span.

I recently sold my position in VTV and consolidated everything into VTI. That was more a portfolio simplification move than anything else though. And of course the DOW performed well (until recently) right after I did that.

VTI is my core position. I am looking for a bit of spice.

My largest holding right now is a combo of small cap value and midcap value (VBR/VOE).

I like to lean toward value as well. Personally, I have problems with the corporate ethics of Facebook, Google/Alphabet and Amazon, which are dominant components of most straight index funds. It's hard to divest completely of those leviathans, of course, but SCHD delivers reasonably good performance as a large-cap ETF without them.

My choice is based on performance only. I was in these in February and they are up 21%. Hoping for this trend to continue.
