heh heh heh - the Gospel Tent was one of my favorites back in ancient times (Late 70's/80's) when I went. They seem to grow every year - rain or shine.

Unfortunately - Planned visit New Orleans in July yet.

Yes, one of my favorites, too. They feature lots of local church choirs which are variable. Once in a while they throw in a ringer and your eyebrows curl. Fantastic, but you've got to keep checking back to find 'em. A nice time to fetch something tasty and a Turbo Dog or two, one ear on the stage.

Who'd you hear in the 70s and 80s?
