Yes, I put in a similar one (EJ600 version). Two sensors that close to each other are definitely going to interfere with each other, and then if you get that fixed, it might not respond the way you want to light/dark.

Many advantages - you can still turn those lights on/off at the switch, and it returns to the next on/off cycle at the next on/off transition. And having it automatically adjust to longer days on summer is nice (you enter a latitude code when you set it up). Better than just light/dark conditions.

Its easy to find LEDs that fit those sockets, you shouldn't have any trouble.
