where can i get a zero cost annual fee credit card with a 50.00 limit.

so i can get an ebay sell account ?

or how else can i establish a seller account, where i don't have a credit card on file with ebay with a 10 k limit.

If you want a low limit in order to limit your risk, consider using something like ShopSafe (let's you create special CC numbers with low limits).

I wouldn't do that if your credit score is important to you. A lot of cards coming on and off really messes with the numbers.

MBNA uses (used?) ShopSafe but the site was recently joined with the BoA site. I need to call them to see if they still offer the service.

Citi bank has a similar service.
