Thinks s/he gets paid by the post
Breakfast: EggBeaters omelette with tomatoes, diced ham, mushrooms, sharp cheddar cheese & sliced jalapenos. Coffee with creamer, 1 tsp Splenda & 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
Lunch: Beef Fajitas (4 oz. meet) including grilled onions & green bell peppers, refried beans & mexican rice. Tortilla chips & salsa, 1 Corona beer w/lime. I did not eat the tortillas that came with the fajitas, if that's any consolation...
Afternoon snack: Carb Smart chocolate ice cream with crushed walnuts on top.
I'll probably have another cup of coffee this evening, but don't expect to eat any dinner..lol
