The one commercial I like (and I think it is Liberty Mutual) is the one where they baldly announce "Research shows people remember commercials showing young people having a good time," and proceed to depict a pool party while chanting "young people ... good times ... INSURANCE!" It sends up the advertising industry AND the audience.
As for Dr. Rich, I admit, although I have my airplane tickets on an app on my phone, I do stick paper copies in a handy place if I can, as backup. I've seen phones fail, I've seen airline company equipment give problems. If Dr. Rick doesn't know this, then I can teach him a thing or two!
