If you have been fully retired for at least a year, why do you get up in the morning? I would like to hear some reasons.
Because my bladder is full.
Because my bladder is full.
T-M-I...By morning, I've already made my customary two trips. (Not full for me).

Bladders, hunger, and now Leo-- all the good answers have been taken.I've gotten used to the fact that my sleep patterns are permanently screwed up from years of weird hours and shift work.
I make a pit stop around 5:30 AM which allows me to sleep comfortably until 7:00 or 8:00. After that I am eager to be up and about. DW can sleep in for two or three hours longer. I think it is a matter of constitution. Some of us wake up with a smile, others need their coffee...Because my bladder is full.
