    Thanks for the reply. This was not issue in the past. So I am sure the coop allowed housekeeper and home aide to access the laundry in the past. This is a recent change due to COVID 19 they claim. So I am sure it not part of bylaws.

    Zero tax bracket is only for qualified dividend and capital gains. So you would generally need assets to produce that type of income. A married couple with that much wage income would have to pay taxes.
