Not a first time investor, but I am a Vonage customer and got an offer to buy shares. I took a quick look at the financials and passed. In this day and age you would think that companies know that they have to least be on a path to profitability instead of falling behind even more.

Actually I believe that there was general support for the move in Texas in part because of continued difficulties with Mexico.  Protecting what Texas considered to be its border became easier with the resources of the US behind it.

My wife and I just put the seat AND cover down after use. It's simple and looks a bit nicer. Plus it keeps the pets from playing in the water and making a mess. Problem solved. Next!

Tax record keeping for individuals would be ZERO. That is not a "non-issue". It may be a wash for businesses. I run a very small side business and I already collect sales tax for the state of Texas. It's a trivial task compared to my 1040 return!
