401k to Trad IRA while w*rking?

While w*rking, is it possible to trustee-to-trustee (T2T) transfer money from company's 401k to my personal Traditional IRA?

Please excuse me if this has been asked before and will you please provide me the previous forum link?

You are asking about a "in-service transfer" provision in your 401k. If your plan allows an in-service transfer, most likely you must be at least 59.5 years old.

If the company matches X% at end of year, does an in-service transfer in the middle of the year not affect it?

It depends entirely on the plan documents for your 401k. You should ask someone in your benefits department if it's possible and what the effect on the company match would be.
