Best Pillow for Neck Pain?

Laying down always makes my neck pain and related headaches worse. Does anyone have recommendations for pillows designed to help neck pain?

Laying down always makes my neck pain and related headaches worse. Does anyone have recommendations for pillows designed to help neck pain?

I’ve suffered from neck and back pain for 15 years. My physical therapist suggested I get a body pillow to put some separation between my knees. She also suggested the pillow sold by Beckham Hotel Collection by Marriott on Amazon.
I followed her recommendations and they really help.

I grind/clench my teeth when I sleep. My neck, shoulder pain and headaches were increasing so I looked around for a cervical pillow. I ended up with the Marnur cervical pillow. It's a different pillow and took some adjusting to. In the beginning, I would use it for a couple of hours and then switch back to my old pillow. I now use it most of the time.

My jaw is still sore when I wake up but my neck, shoulders and headaches have improved a lot.
