Citrus Hills Florida

Hi ,

My wife and I recently FIRed at 57 and are looking for a home in FL for the Winter Nov-May.

I have seen Citrus Hills on a brief trip but have not spoken to anyone who actually lives there.

We have friends at The Villages and I love to fish, so CH is fairly close to the ocean, but a reasonable trip to TV. We’re not big golfers, so TV is not a huge draw for us.

Any information or opinions would be greatly appreciated .

Dad lives at the Plantations at Leesburg, Right next to TV's. They have two courses, PLUS lots of other amenities... Nice place.. easy on off the turnpike to get you anywhere, Great hospitals...

 

[Rocket Man]

Tavares, Eustis, Mt. Dora and Howey in the Hills are all lake communities and they are just east of The Villages. Big fishing areas.
