I disagree a bit with your description of what the BS bucket means. I've seen many posts here where the issue wasn't that the organization had changed... rather that the ability to tolerate the organization had changed.
Sorry I'm late to this thread. It's very interesting so far; and I very much agree with rodi's comment.

I could both see it in myself and had colleagues tell me that I had developed a very short fuse. I got to the point where it was very difficult for me to tolerate the bull***t that years before I would have handled much more gracefully.

I even got into some hot water on one occasion when I chewed out our CIO for agreeing to some business terms without bothering to check with me (Legal), Finance, Sourcing, etc. As my manager said: "You don't 'tolerate fools gladly', do you?" :D
