Eflornithine for women's facial hair?

My wife read about a new prescription cream to remove women's facial hair. Her doctor knew nothing about it. Has anyone tried EFLORNITHINE? She did call her dermo but she said she does not prescribe it.

You may be misunderstanding its use.

Eflornithine cream slows hair growth but does not prevent it. You should continue to use your current method of hair removal (e.g., shaving, plucking, cutting) or treatment while using eflornithine cream

It would be nice if they have that for men.
I hate shaving, but I can't stand having a beard for very long either...

So I shave every 2 days, on the 2nd day I sometimes get mistaken for a movie star
