Fidelity 1099's for deceased taxpayer - Sent yet?

Father died in December.

I contacted Fidelity Inheritance Services in January to ask how to obtain my father's 1099's (INT, DIV, B). They took down my address and said they would be sent to me.

I read where Feb 15 was to be the day of issue, but haven't received them. Anybody else in my situation?

Fidelity sometimes releases 1099s on brokerage accounts later than that.

But it’s probably a good time to contact them again and get some status,

Do they have your paperwork as executor of your father’s estate?

If you have online access to your father's account, you should be able to get 1099s from their website.

My Fidelity 1099 were available online on Feb 17. But I didn't get the snail mail version until this week........Feb 25.

If you don't get them this week, a call to Fidelity may be in order.

OP here. I called them today. Even thought they took down my address, they still sent the forms to my father's old address. They always forward his mail to me, so I suspect I should get it this week.
