The Federal Register publishes executive orders. Here’s a list of all orders signed so far in 2019. https://www.federalregister.gov/presidential-documents/executive-orders/donald-trump/2019

Edit - a web search shows an executive order signed in Oct 3, not yet in the Register. Here’s a link to the order https://www.whitehouse.gov/presiden...rotecting-improving-medicare-nations-seniors/

Second edit - most of the media reports get into the politics of this announcement, which are of no interest to us, and we should make every effort to keep out of the discussion. Here’s one article that covers the intended measures https://www.fiercehealthcare.com/pa...r-giving-ma-more-flexibility-improve-medicare

The gist of the executive order is a reinforcing of the Medicare Advantage program . It tasks CMS to develop specific actions or rules on payments, reimbursements and plan design, to make MA more competitive with traditional Medicare. Most of the measures are to be developed over the next year.
