New member here. Sitting here on a lunch break, pondering another 900 plus days before I move to lighter career schedule.

Yes, it was a nice mission bay lunch walk photo- you guys are spot on.

I look forward to managing my money and properties as a full time endeavor in a few years. For now, I'll continue to enjoy short walks at lunch where I plan out in my head the next steps to reach my goal...

I love my commute whether by bike or car. Ocean on one side, mountains on the other...
