Home Exchange

Has anyone ever done a Home Exchange? Did you use one of the websites like Intervac? If so is there one that you can recommend?

Had my home listed twice. First time had 1 exchange with a couple from Red Lodge, Montana. Took the family there for a week snow trip over Christmas holidays.
Second time had no interest so let my membership lapse after the first year.
Really was hoping it would work out, maybe because we wanted 1 month or longer exchanges it didn't garner much interest.
Now we just rent from VRBO.

I never done either, but thinking about it.

Home exchanges are difficult (never did one) just think you have to find some place you want to go and someone else has to find your place interesting too.

Each renting from VRBO or some home rental place is easier, just list your place and go rent once you get a renter.
