Inflation Reduction Act and Home Energy Tax Credits

As I read H.R. 5376 (Inflation Reduction Act of 2022) there is an annual limit on the tax credit available for new, energy efficient windows of $600 (and no annual carry-over that I can find). Am I interpreting correctly? Thanks.

Go figure - I replaced my very OLD heat pump with a new system, installed 3 months ago at a cost of $12,800.

My rebate was ~$275.

Sometimes it's all about timing.

Me too. Replaced the whole front door entrance with an Energy Star rated door. I had already used up my $500 energy credit years ago. Wish I would have waited.
