If anyone here is a major shareholder of centerplate, your ceo is kicking puppys and the board didnt even remove him.

A typical executive contract has a good conduct clause. This executive is not irreplaceable. If he is smart they will negotiate a 'leave of absence' and he will be discretely shown the door.

I understand that the jurisdiction where this happened has arrested him.
