What an...eclectic* life he led. He was certainly versatile.

*Using the word the way real estate agents do when describing a house.

Sixty years later I can still sing the theme song from that show (along with the one from Surf Side Six).

That show was before my time. I never heard of Kookie or the catch phrase.

Which reminds me... at the holidays, we were talking with a group of 20 somethings. The topic of the Gilligan's Island show came up. They were aware of both this show and the Brady Bunch, but none ever saw the shows or could recite anything from the theme songs.

Wow, that made me feel old.
