Great assessment. I have an 800 credit score so I’d be planning on a 5% loan? Or possibly 8% investment return?

Our investment yields are mostly a solid 4% to 6%. Our last car loan was 3.35%, so we're letting it ride for now. I wouldn't consider 8% solid unless it's an actual investment yield that isn't dependent on upward price movements.

I moved from CA to NV 16 years ago. My take is that people are flooding out of CA and I’ve heard plenty of anecdotal and Zillow stories of CA home values dropping. I’d sell the CA home.
