At first glance.
Ease of visually showing folks sequence of returns and effects with different allocations.

I was able to get the link to work
try right clicking the link -> copy link -> paste it into your browser.
(I'm using Windows 10/Firefox).

The calc is orientated towards "Education", making it easier to see the effects of time, portfolio allotment, etc.
