Thank you for your info. Being unfamiliar with the Fidelity funds I didn't pick the right MFs. Its only about $300 more than VG. (which makes a lot more sense.)

You are very welcome. You can use this tool to find similar funds. Handy when I was looking at Vanguard and Fidelity. As well as to find ETFs that were related.
