Holds 70 CEF's, no history, little information I could find, one estimate was 8-9% yield/dividen. paid monthly. I think it should be pretty stable.
opinions please.

Fees on top of fees.
 
Prefer FOF, which is currently trading at a discount to NAV and has lower fees (and a track record).
 
FOF has return of capital

my search shows FOF has used return of capital for about 50% of last 3 distributions, that's concerning to me.
