New Login Procedure at Bogleheads site?

Anyone login at the Bogleheads site in the last few hrs?
When I did, after the usual user name/password page, there is another
page called Remove IP Block xxxxxx with a Hello Captcha display.
It was not there earlier in the day and I didn't see any discussion about it
so was not comfortable using it. Also wasn't sure where I would type the letters I saw even if I wanted to.............. Is this legit or only on my Mac?

No problems here either... did you have multiple failed attempts when authenticating?

Thanks for the info. I'm not aware that I had too many failed attempts....perhaps I had a single one. You would think they would post a message if that were the case. No message accompanying that strange screen. Maybe I'll try another computer the library.

I perhaps also might be that some exploitation had been coming from that bank of IP addresses that includes the one you happened to be coming in on - perhaps some neighbor doing something naughty.
