New Union contract

My local presented a new contract and I voted on it today. It looks decent, ~4% on wages, ~5% on health and security, and ~3% to the pension each year for the next 3, with retro pay back to June 1.
The best part? It i my last one

+1. To my surprise I enjoyed that too. Most of my co-workers were baffled in the last few weeks when I smiled while was doing something they knew I didn’t like…they didn’t realize it was for the last time. Even better, long term issues that came up, that would normally be my responsibility, that I couldn’t take on because I wouldn’t be there to see it through. Those things were delegated or left for my successor (who I chose).
