Passport Renewal Application

Our passports were due for renewing and they received them on Dec. 15th. The next day the checks were cashed, and this morning mine was approved.

Yesterday my wife had the approved email, this morning she had an email saying the new passport is in the mail. I'm guess I will have an email shortly that mine is in the mail also.

There first email said, it would take up to 7-10 weeks to receive the new passports. That is the quickest transaction I have ever witnessed with dealing with the gov..

I had a similar experience with TSA preCheck for DW. We applied on a Wednesday, the interview was scheduled for the next day, and the following Monday she was approved and had her number.
