Happy Groundhog Day! According to news reports, Punxsutawney Phil emerged from his lair, saw his shadow, and informed us all that winter will go on for another 6;weeks. From the Weather Channel https://weather.com/news/news/2022-02-01-groundhog-day-shadow-prediction-winter-spring

The world's most famous groundhog saw his shadow early Wednesday morning.

That means the U.S. should prepare for six more weeks of winter, according to Groundhog Day lore.
