Thanks for the info Bimmerbill....I know there was a house on the property at one time  (it was torn down) so there is an old septic system somewhere and I've seen the well....there is power out at the street. this should give us something to ponder for a while... 8)

Maybe the septic is still good? You can try to find plans for it by checking with the town. I think you need the lot and map number.

If it is real old, there is probably no septic plan on file and it is probably no good.
