Setting income level using Roth conversions to qualify for ACA?

With work requirements? Haha. So it's another issue where if you need the benefits because you can't make enough money to exceed 100% FPL then you can't get the benefits but if you can work then you make too much so you can't get the benefits. The people who need them can't get them and the people who can get them don't need them. Just like the new Food Stamp policies. There are a lot of people like me who can't work due to excessive pain but also can't get SSDI and therefore don't qualify for those needed benefits. What a messed up country.
