HI all! I am new to posting here...just trying to figure it out. I have been coming to this community for a few years as I researched and worked on my retirement.

Thanks to you all for the shared wisdom!!

I am 57, worked for a mega-corp for 36 years, specializing in Stable Value Investing that entire time. Great gig, but just got tired of the grind. Worked out a severance plan and finally left in early January. Only regret is that I didn't do it earlier.

Thanks again! Hope to someday help others in ways that you have helped me.

Congratulations and welcome to ER and the forum.

Welcome! Congratulations on joining the world of retirement!

Welcome, WIO, to the next (and best) part of your life!

You can join in on STable Value issues on the financial forum, happy I have my TSP G fund these days and even happier to be retired.

Welcome, I just retired this month as well. This is a great site that taught me a few things after I thought I had it figured out :)

Welcome! I am so jealous! 29 weeks to go for me. I’m looking forward to your reviews of the early stages of retirement.

Welcome to retirement.
Are all your investments in Stable Value?
I currently have 27% of all investments in SV, but would have all my bond allocations in it if I was able.
