I know I'm terribly 'math challenged' but this is just simple addition.

Went to SS website for Medicare.

It says:
Medicare Premiums: $277.10
It then goes on:
Part A is $0.00
Part B your monthly premium is $230.80
Part D your monthly premium is $34.10

Now, I've run this through my handy calculator four times and (3 out of 4 times) come up with $230.80 + $34.10 = $264.90

The SS website says my deductions are $277.10

Where's the $12.20 going?

IRMAA penalty, for your Part D.

The only reason why $12.20 stood out was that is what DW is now charged, and she doesn't even have Part D. Her drugs are covered by her Supplemental Insurance.

IRMAA penalty.

I thought of that. If you're correct so why don't they just show me how it affects my premiums? One would think they'd just even it out.

Part D has a separate, additional adjustment. It is added to your base Plan D costs which are variable from person to person.

Locate the third occurrence of the string I placed in quotes, and you will see the additional Part D costs in a table (second to last table at that link). Or you can search for "12.20" (without the quotes) to find the specific entry.
