travel in smokie mountains

Wife and I both 67 are traveling to Smokie Mountains in late March 2018.

We are staying three nights in a cabin west of Pigeon Forge. Considering staying a couple of nights additionally in Gatlinburg. We are looking for suggestions for dog friendly accommodations in Gatlinburg for two nights.
