Next year I'm flying into Fort Lauderdale and would like to know if it's possible to have uber make a stop on the way to the pier. Thinking wine store .... perhaps pre-order and pick up on the way

I've only done uber once so I'm not sure

They don’t get paid more to stop but might do it if you offer them a big tip.

Uber now allows a multiple stop feature. To use the tool, tap "Where to?" and then the "+" option. From there, you can add the addresses of the stops and request a ride. Users can also make changes during the trip and add or remove stops in real time.

Salt, we use it and I had no clue about the new features.

In addition to SALTedOut‘s useful response, you can check to see if the liquor store delivers. Total Wines is a big chain in this area and they have curbside pickup and delivery, and a pretty decent web site showing their inventory.
