Vanguard etfs early div

Seems like most of my vanguard etfs are doing the dividends this coming week, starting the 15th. Much earlier than usual. Anyone know why?

I don't know why, but many Vanguard ETFs go ex-dividend on Tuesday 3/12 even though payout is actually a few days later.

For many Vanguard mutual funds, day of record was yesterday Friday 3/11.

I need the dividends to pay some bills due at the end of the month, so I'm not complaining.
