VBILX vs VBTLX

I'm struggling to decide which to partner with VTSAX (60) in a 60/40 portfolio with 10-15 year investment period. Which one of the two would you choose and why?

I would look at VICSX... the two on your list have way more government bonds (aka return-free risk) than I would want.
