NEW and A Business to start?

Hi,
I'm JW from southern Indiana. MArried with two adult daughters. Almost empty nest. Cept we added 2 standard poodles and now have thre dogs.

I've always wanted to start a business. Started seriously searching for one about 3 months ago. Starting the end of August I will be attending a weekly seminar on operating a business. Guest speakers every week on varying topics.

WE have a rental house which makes a little each month. Considering another or selling this one and coming out a little ahead.

As soon as you decide you do want to start a business, but before you actually buy into one or start from scratch, speak to a lawyer and a CPA.

At first, you may need to wear a lot of hats, but as soon as you can, delegate as much as possible and focus on generating sales.
