Daily Oats - how do you prepare yours?

1 cup water, bring it to a boil

add in approx 1/2 cup whole grain, old fashion oats over a low flame. let it cook over a low flame until most of the water dissappears

add in to a bowl with
-frozen blueberries and
-raisins

delicious and very healthy
 
Two ways:
1) raw muesli I've bought from Real - has raw oats, chocolate shavings and dried raspberries - awesome with yogurt or just milk
2) thermos oatmeal - night before take 1/2 cup of steel cut oats, a bit of salt and butter and place in thermos - pour 1 cup of boiling water over oats and stuff - screw on lid, leave overnight, wake up to perfectly cooked steel cut oats - add whatever you want onto them
 
about 1/4 cup of quick oats (steel cut irish brand from trader joe's)
about double the water
1 or 2 tblspoons of ground flax
nuke 2.22
stir add raisins and/or blueberries (from freezer)

mix, lace with honey splash of soy milk and i'm done!
