Frontier Airlines Tip the employees ?

So now we are to provide gratuity to the flight attendants ? How about the flight crew too.

Here is a thought , maybe pay a decent wage instead.

On rare occasion, when I received very attentive cabin service (in the pointy end of the plane), I would offer a tip. Sometimes accepted, sometimes politely refused. But, as an expectation? From any US flagged airline? Not just no, but HELL NO.
