Medicare Premium for High Income

Can someone direct me to a chart or calculator for Medicare Premium for High Income couple.

I'm sure it has been discussed here many times just can't find it. Thanks

The brackets are changing this year. Michael Kitces has a nice summary here https://www.kitces.com/blog/irmaa-me...gi-thresholds/

Keep in mind there is a lag between income and IRMAA application, so 2018 premiums will be determined using 2016 MAGI.

Yeah, the Kitces article is excellent.

I know that our 2018 income will impact DHs 2020 premiums.
