I am copying tables from an online source, and want to save them into Word. They paste well enough, but I lose the final right-hand column as it is partially beyond the right margin. There is plenty of room to the left. How do I re-position so I can use the whole page? Or failing that, shrink the text so it will all fit?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Did you try pressing Ctrl+E to center? There's an undo button if that doesn't work.

All of the above.

Also, did you just Paste, or Paste Special? Paste Special is not available by right clicking; you must go up to the menu to select it. It offers you several different ways of pasting, e.g. metafile, RTF, etc, depending on the source document. Experiment with that until you find the best quality. It might be Picture (Windows Metafile).

You could also try adjusting the margins by pulling on the guides that sit on the ruler (under the toolbars). If it made it too wide for portrait, then try landscape (as was suggested).
